Use the QCFUM Approval Queue
The unified QCFUM Approval Queue brings pending onboarding and delegated-management approvals into one reviewer workspace. It is available when the Approval Workflow feature is available and the logged-in reviewer has the separate QCFUM approval administration permission.
The queue is not a substitute for ordinary frontend onboarding ACL. A person can be allowed to create users, send invites, or manage users without automatically being allowed to approve those actions.
When the Approval Queue Appears
The Dashboard adds the Approval Queue tab only when the current Effective tier includes Approval Workflow, the user can enter the QCFUM administrative context, and Joomla authorizes qcfum.admin.approvals. Approval Workflow starts at Pro.
What Can Appear in the Queue
| Pending item | What the reviewer is deciding |
|---|---|
| New User | A Direct Create or CSV-created Joomla user that QCFUM created blocked with tracking status pending. |
| Invite Link | A QCFUM Invite Link being held in pending before recipient delivery. |
| User Group Change | A durable Max/All Access Frontend User Manager group-change request. |
| User Deletion | A durable Max/All Access Frontend User Manager delete/block request. |
Find and Review Pending Items
The queue loads pending records, then supports text search across name, email, source, submitter, record type, and User Manager request summary. Page size can be 10, 25, or 50. Expand a row to review its type, target, submitter, submission time, and—when applicable—the requested group or deletion change.
Approve or Reject Deliberately
Approval does not blindly replay the original request. QCFUM routes the decision to the workflow-specific server action. User Manager actions are explicitly revalidated against current entitlement, target protection, and current settings before execution. Created-user and Invite Link approvals also require the record to still be pending.
If a Preserved Action Is No Longer Licensed
A preserved User Manager action can remain in approval history after a downgrade. If the current tier no longer includes Frontend User Manager, QCFUM shows that the preserved request requires Max rather than applying the old request under a lower tier.
