Use QCFUM User Activity Insights

The QCFUM Administrator Insights tab summarizes onboarding activity by the Joomla user stored as Submitted By. Access is controlled by qcfum.admin.insights.

QCFUM 2.0.4 Insights is a focused scorecard, not a general audit-log analytics system. The source counts created-user and Invite-Link records; ordinary Frontend User Manager edits are not included in the three displayed metrics.

Metrics Shown

MetricWhat QCFUM counts
Users AddedDistinct rows in #__qcfum_created_users for that creator.
Invites SentDistinct rows in #__qcfum_invites for that creator.
Invites CompletedThose creator Invite rows whose current status is completed.

Filter by Date

From/To filters are applied independently to created-user and Invite-Link created_at timestamps. If an Insights reset baseline exists, the baseline is also applied before the scorecard is returned.

Paging and Current Row Cap

The administrator controls support 10, 20, 50, or 100 rows per page. The underlying 2.0.4 scorecard query itself returns at most 50 submitters, so selecting 100 cannot expose more than the current 50-row query cap.

Attribution, Not Ownership

Insights groups by creator/submitter user ID, name, and email. This is attribution for QCFUM workflow activity; it does not create a subordinate-user or ownership relationship over the resulting Joomla accounts.

Use Tracker for Detail

Insights answers “who submitted how much onboarding activity?” Use Tracker, Approval Queue, and the audit log when you need record-level workflow or administrative action details.
