Use the QCMM Field Fulfillment Workspace

Use the frontend Field Fulfillment workspace to find authorized subscriptions and update only administrator-assigned values for the exact subscription.

Open the Fulfillment Workspace

The workspace is for authenticated users whose Joomla groups are authorized for one or more Plans. QCMM limits the list to those Plans and to subscriptions in eligible operational states; expired/ineligible records are not offered for editing.

Find the Correct Subscription

Use the available Plan/search/status filters to locate the intended customer and subscription. Open the row and verify the Plan, customer, membership identity, and current values before editing. The layout combines the current Plan’s display structure with exact-subscription field snapshots; historical snapshots whose Plan assignment was later removed are preserved in a Historical Fields section.

What Fulfillment Staff Can Change

Frontend fulfillment accepts only snapshots that were administrator-assigned rather than customer-entered. Customer-entered values remain read-only unless they use the separate customer-managed Repeating Text workflow. Submitted keys are revalidated against the subscription on the server.

Safe Save and Audit Trail

QCMM locks and reauthorizes the subscription, rejects a stale fulfillment version, normalizes the values, saves changes atomically, writes per-field fulfillment audit records, and advances the subscription’s fulfillment version. If notification delivery fails after commit, the saved fulfillment data is not rolled back.

Verify

Reload the subscription after saving and confirm the intended value. If the field is customer-visible, verify the member-facing Additional Information and any configured fulfillment notification behavior with a test account.
