Understand QCMM Meeting booking, reschedule, reminder, cancellation, Customer, Host, and Administrator notification events

Meeting Events Use Booking Context

QCMM exposes events for Meeting Booked, Meeting Rescheduled, Meeting Reschedule Required, No Show Reschedule Approved, Meeting Reminder 1, Meeting Reminder 2, and Meeting Cancelled. Delivery uses the authoritative booking/Meeting Time context rather than a generic membership date.

Recipient Support Depends on the Event

Booked, Rescheduled, both Meeting reminders, and Cancelled support Customer, Host, and Administrator recipients. Reschedule Required and No Show Reschedule Approved support Customer and Administrator recipients. QCMM validates recipient choices instead of inventing unsupported Host routes.

Reminders Are Scheduled

The first Meeting reminder defaults to 24 hours before the Meeting and the second to 60 minutes before it; administrators can configure those windows. The Meeting Notifications Scheduled Task runs every 15 minutes and uses booking-specific duplicate protection.

Reschedules Follow the Current Meeting Time

When a booking is rescheduled, notification and calendar-related tokens resolve from the current authoritative Meeting Time. This keeps customer and Host messages aligned with the booking state that QCMM will actually honor.
