Understand Plain Text and HTML Email by QCMM Plan
Understand how QCMM uses plain text on every tier, enables HTML on Pro and above, and preserves saved HTML when HTML capability is unavailable.
Plain Text Is Available on Every Tier
Basic, Pro, Max, and All Access all support QCMM plain-text email. A template requires a title, subject, and plain-text body when it is saved.
HTML Begins at Pro
HTML email is available on Pro, Max, and All Access. When allowed, a template can use Custom HTML; QCMM sanitizes saved HTML before storing it. The Email page identifies HTML as a Pro-level capability.
Downgrade Does Not Destroy HTML
If the current entitlement does not allow HTML editing, QCMM preserves the template’s existing HTML body and HTML-enabled setting instead of overwriting them. Delivery falls back to the capability allowed by the current tier while the higher-tier content remains stored.
Upgrade and Verify
After Pro-or-higher access returns, review the saved template, preview the HTML, and use Send Test before relying on the restored HTML path for customer mail.
