Use the QCMM Status Tab to Check Installation Health

The Status tab is QCMM’s first-stop health page. It combines entitlement, installation, Joomla update discovery, Scheduled Task integrity, lifecycle automation, feature limits, and Meeting Room diagnostics so you can separate a global system problem from a single Plan or member-record problem.

Check Status before repairing data, reinstalling the extension, or changing paid-feature configuration.

Current Entitlement Card

  • Review Status, Base tier, Effective tier, Verification, Domain, Access until, Last checked, and Next automatic check.
  • When a Max Preview is active, the card also shows its end time.
  • Use Refresh Entitlement for an immediate check or Manage Authorized Domains to correct the account-side domain assignment.

Entitlement Automation Integrity

Above-Basic access depends on exactly one healthy canonical Entitlement Revalidation task running at the security-canonical hourly cadence. The Status tab identifies missing, disabled, unpublished, duplicated, or structurally invalid task state and provides a repair action when available.

Installation and Tier Snapshot

Status areaWhat to confirm
InstallationProduct code, installed version 2.0.21, current domain, and Installation UUID.
Tier Feature SnapshotCurrent publication/configuration limits, email format, Scheduling, Custom Fields, Custom CSS, and Reports/CSV availability.
Extension UpdateInstalled version, available version, update-site state, and last update check.
Membership Lifecycle AutomationTask plugin, canonical task count, last execution, exit code, next execution.
Meeting Room DiagnosticsManaged-service/configuration/reachability information and recent provider issues without exposing secrets.

Read Status in the Right Order

  1. Confirm the installed version and domain.
  2. Confirm Base/Effective tier and Verification.
  3. Check Entitlement Automation Integrity.
  4. Check the relevant feature snapshot.
  5. If the issue is lifecycle-related, inspect the lifecycle task card; if it is Meeting-related, inspect Meeting Room diagnostics.
  6. Only then move to the feature-specific tab or record.

What Status Intentionally Does Not Expose

Diagnostics omit API secrets, participant credentials, private room names, media, and private server paths. Use Status output in support requests, but do not add passwords, PayPal secrets, entitlement tokens, or other credentials manually.
