Use the QCMM Participant Roster and Speaker Audio Experience
Understand the QCMM participant roster, Host and attendee presence, and active speaker/audio behavior after admission to the native Meeting Room.
The Roster Represents Room Participation
The participant roster is for users participating in the native Meeting Room. Host and attendee roles remain distinct so QCMM can present the appropriate controls and authorization for each role.
Waiting Users Are Different
A customer who is still in the waiting room has not yet become an admitted room participant. QCMM keeps lobby state separate from admitted presence rather than presenting every waiting booking as an active attendee.
Audio and Speaker Experience Is Live State
Speaker/audio indications reflect the current realtime session. They are not permanent profile attributes and do not by themselves determine whether a booking is complete.
Attendance Uses Presence, Not the Roster Alone
QCMM attendance logic uses participant presence and Host/attendee overlap. Seeing a name in a room interface is not a substitute for the recorded presence used when participation is finalized.
