Filter, Search, and Page Through QCMM Reports

Filter QCMM reports by search, date, Plan, status, payment method, and source, then page or export the same operational result set.

Start with the Report Type

Open Reports and select the report that matches the underlying record you need. QCMM defaults an invalid or missing report type to Subscription Report.

Available Filters

The report form provides Search, From, To, Plan, Status, Payment / refund method, and Source. Individual report queries use only the filters that make sense for their underlying records.

Search Is Record-Aware

Subscription searches can match customer identity, Plan, subscription ID, or user ID. Billing/refund searches also include invoice/reference and promotion/coupon fields. Payment Events include payment reference and billing invoice. Account Credits include identity, note, credit ID, and user ID. Plan Activity searches Plan title or Plan ID.

Dates Follow the Relevant Activity

QCMM applies date boundaries to the meaningful date column for each report. For example, subscription reports normally use creation date, Expiring/Expired use end date, Payment Events use event creation, and Refunds use refund/update/create context.

Pagination and Export

The screen uses the administrator rows-per-page control and preserves report filters while paging. Export CSV carries the same filters but streams the full matching report in batches rather than exporting only the visible page. An empty page means no rows match that filter combination; it does not delete or alter source records.
