Use the QCMM Subscription Report
Review QCMM subscription identity, Plan, status, source, access dates, amount, currency, PayPal reference, and exact Custom Field export context.
What the Subscription Report Shows
The Subscription Report is a membership-record view. Each row includes subscription ID, user identity, Plan, status, source, start/end dates, amount, currency, PayPal reference when present, and created/updated timestamps.
Use Filters to Narrow Membership Records
Plan, status, source, date range, and Search can narrow the result. Search matches customer name, username, email, Plan title, subscription ID, or user ID. The normal date filter is based on subscription creation time.
Screen Presentation
Subscription Report uses a card-style result layout rather than the generic report table. It highlights customer identity, Plan, status, subscription/user IDs, source, amount, access dates, and timestamps; the PayPal reference is shown only when one exists.
CSV Adds Subscription Custom Fields
For CSV, the report row ID is already the exact subscription ID. QCMM therefore appends reportable Custom Field columns from that subscription's stored values. Select/radio/checkbox/repeating values use their display form where appropriate, while dates remain canonical YYYY-MM-DD.
Use the Record as Historical Context
Treat the subscription row as the purchased membership record. Later Plan edits should not be assumed to rewrite the subscription's historical amount, dates, source, or stored Custom Field values.
