Assign Hosts to Scheduling-Enabled Plans
Host-to-Plan assignments define which Plans a Host may manage. Assignments can be prepared before Scheduling is enabled, but publishing availability or Meeting Times requires an enabled Host and a non-archived Plan with Scheduling enabled.
Assign Plans from the Host Profile
Open QCMM Scheduling, add or edit a Host, and select the desired Plans under Assigned plans. QCMM saves enabled Host-to-Plan assignment records for the selected Plans.
Assignments May Be Prepared in Advance
The Host editor can assign a non-archived Plan even while that Plan shows Scheduling Off. This lets you prepare Host relationships before enabling Scheduling on the Plan.
Active Scheduling Requires More Than the Assignment
When QCMM creates availability rules or Meeting Times, it verifies that the Host-to-Plan assignment is enabled. It also requires the Host to be enabled and the selected Plan to have Scheduling enabled and not be archived.
Frontend Plan Management Uses the Same Boundary
A normal frontend Host must pass the configured Scheduling workspace group gate, have an enabled Host profile, and have the requested Plan assignment. Individual actions are additionally checked against the Host’s saved permissions.
Removing an Assignment Does Not Rewrite History
Changing the Host’s current Plan selections controls future management eligibility. Historical bookings and Meeting records retain their own Host/Plan references and are not converted into a different Host relationship merely because the current assignment list changes.
