Complete a Meeting and Finalize Scheduling History
Understand how QCMM finalizes ended Meetings as Completed or No Show while preserving booking, attendance, and authoritative end-time history.
Completion Finalizes the Appointment State
QCMM moves confirmed bookings into historical state when a Meeting reaches its scheduled end or when the Host authoritatively ends the native Meeting Room early.
Completed Versus No Show
For native Meeting Room bookings, QCMM checks attendee arrival evidence. A booking with lobby, admission, or live-presence evidence becomes Completed; a booking with no such evidence becomes No Show. Attendance-duration calculations remain reporting evidence rather than the No Show decision itself.
Early Host End
If the Host ends the Meeting Room before its scheduled end, QCMM finalizes still-confirmed attendees immediately. It preserves the scheduled Meeting Time as historical evidence and records the authoritative actual end.
Entitlement and History
When an early authoritative end is earlier than a linked scheduled subscription end, QCMM shortens that entitlement end to the actual Meeting end so normal transition and group reconciliation can proceed. Booking history records whether completion was scheduled, Host-ended, or a No Show.
