Use the QCMM Host My Schedule Workspace

Use QCMM My Schedule to review a Host's assigned scheduling workspace, calendar, bookings, and permitted actions without Joomla Administrator access.

Open My Schedule

An assigned Host uses the frontend My Schedule workspace to work with QCMM scheduling without needing Joomla Administrator access. The workspace is limited by the Host record, enabled Plan assignments, Joomla access, and the permissions granted to that Host.

Workspace Sections

When Scheduling management is available, My Schedule provides Overview, Calendar, and Bookings. Overview summarizes assigned scheduling work, Calendar shows the Host's available Meeting Times, and Bookings provides the customer appointment workflow.

Permissions Still Apply

Seeing My Schedule does not grant every scheduling action. QCMM separately checks permissions such as managing availability, creating or editing Meeting Times, viewing attendee information, rescheduling customers, cancelling sessions, changing capacity, and viewing Meeting information.

Assignment Is Authoritative

QCMM validates Host-to-Plan assignments server-side. A Host cannot expose another Host's schedule or operate on an unrelated Plan by changing a URL or submitted value.
