Use My Membership: Current Memberships and History

My Membership separates current access from membership history so customers can understand what is active now without losing prior records. Each row represents a specific subscription rather than a generic Plan summary.

Current and Previous Memberships

The Active view includes subscriptions whose status is Active or Cancelled - active until expiration and whose End date has not passed. Previous membership history includes Expired, Cancelled, and Refunded records, plus a cancelled-pending-expiration record after its End date passes.

Read the Membership Record

Use the Plan name, subscription identifier, status, Start/End dates, amount/currency, and available management controls together. Do not assume an older row grants current access merely because it belongs to the same Plan as a newer membership.

Management Actions Are Conditional

Renew Membership appears only when the subscription passes current renewal eligibility. Cancel is available for Active and Pending Payment cases with different behavior. Upgrade options appear only for an Active membership when the administrator has defined an allowed Plan Upgrade / Change Path and the target is eligible. These controls are generated from current subscription state rather than from the Plan title or price alone.
