QCSB Bulk Operations and the Max Plan

This article explains that selecting and operating on multiple items is a Max/All Access bulk capability where source requires it, while single-item workflows remain governed by their normal plan and permission rules.

What you need to know

• Basic includes Local storage and the first active Workspace. Pro adds FTP/SFTP, multiple Workspaces, advanced permissions, and background continuation. Max/All Access adds Google Drive, OneDrive, Private Connections, Recovery Vault management, and bulk operations.
• A plan gate decides whether a feature exists at the current Effective tier. Joomla access and QCSB permission rules separately decide whether a particular user may use that feature.

What Max bulk access changes

• Max/All Access can expose multi-item/bulk actions where the current source gates them as bulk capability.
• A bulk gate does not bypass the underlying permission for each action. The user must still have the relevant operation rights for the source and destination.
• Each selected item can succeed or fail independently; one failed item does not justify rewriting successful items as failed.
• Destructive items still require Recovery protection before provider content is removed.
• After a downgrade, stored data/configuration is preserved even though Max-only bulk controls are no longer usable.
