Restore the Original QCSB Frontend Design Defaults

This article shows how to use Restore Original Defaults to return the full current design setting set to the accepted QCSB defaults rather than trying to reconstruct individual values manually.

What you need to know

• Frontend Design changes the actual QCSB runtime interface. It has seven independently saved sections; the accepted current appearance is the default baseline.

How to do it

1. Record any production-specific colors/sizes you may want to recreate.
2. Open Frontend Design → Layout and Typography.
3. Click Restore Original Defaults. This restores the full accepted QCSB frontend design set, not just one color field.
4. Refresh a shared Workspace, Recovery/Transfers area, and My Private Storage if used.
5. Reapply only intentional site-specific changes after confirming the baseline rendering is correct.

Verify the result

• The Recovery item/state matches the action you performed.
• A restored/downloaded item matches the expected content and destination.
• Purge/cleanup does not erase the historical audit trail.
