Use Select All with Filters and Pagination

This article explains that Select All acts on the currently visible/eligible set in the active panel context rather than silently selecting every object in an entire provider tree.

What you need to know

• Filtering, sorting, and pagination operate on the current panel/listing. In multi-panel layouts, each panel maintains its own browse/paging context.

How to do it

1. Set the filter, sort order, and page size first so the visible item set is exactly what you intend.
2. Use Select All in the panel.
3. Review the checked rows before invoking a bulk action.
4. Select All applies to the currently shown items, not automatically to every result on other pages or hidden by a filter.
5. For destructive actions, confirm the recovery/conflict behavior before submitting.
