Use the QCSB Support Tab and Gather Safe Support Information
This article shows how to use official support resources and gather version, Joomla/PHP, connector, entitlement, task-health, and sanitized error information without sending passwords, OAuth secrets, private keys, or provider tokens.
How to do it
- Open Components → QC Storage Bridge → Support.
- Record the product version, product code, site/domain, current entitlement state, Effective tier, and Installation UUID shown by QCSB.
- When the problem involves a provider, also record the provider type and the sanitized error message; when it involves automation, record the affected Scheduled Task and its last exit state.
- Do not send provider passwords, OAuth client secrets/tokens, SFTP private keys/passphrases, database credentials, full legacy keys, or unrestricted private filesystem paths.
- Use the official Documentation/Support links from that tab so the support request stays tied to the current product/version.
Troubleshooting
- Keep passwords, OAuth secrets/tokens, private keys, and unrestricted private paths out of public screenshots and support posts.
