Check QCSB Connector Readiness

This article shows how to review readiness for Local, FTP, SFTP, Google Drive, and OneDrive and use the result to focus provider-specific setup or dependency troubleshooting.

What you need to know

  • Status separates entitlement, installation/runtime, connector readiness, task integrity, and extension-update health so a provider problem is not confused with a licensing or scheduler problem.

How to do it

  1. Open Components → QC Storage Bridge → Status.
  2. Review the connector-readiness rows for Local/Joomla, FTP, SFTP, Google Drive, and OneDrive.
  3. Use a readiness warning to identify the provider/dependency that needs attention rather than treating every failure as an entitlement problem.
  4. For a configured connection, follow readiness with Storage Connections → Test Connection so provider credentials and the exact root are checked too.
  5. Retest the normal frontend account after the connector/runtime issue is corrected.
