Check QCSB Runtime and Installation Diagnostics

This article shows how to review installed version, Joomla/PHP support, cURL/OpenSSL, ZipArchive availability, callback information, and other environment signals before blaming a connector.

What you need to know

  • Status separates entitlement, installation/runtime, connector readiness, task integrity, and extension-update health so a provider problem is not confused with a licensing or scheduler problem.

How to do it

  1. Open Components → QC Storage Bridge → Status.
  2. In the installation/runtime area, confirm the installed QCSB version and whether the current Joomla/PHP versions are inside the supported boundary.
  3. Check that cURL and OpenSSL are available before troubleshooting Google Drive/OneDrive communication.
  4. Check ZipArchive when protected-folder ZIP download is part of the workflow.
  5. Review the displayed OneDrive callback/domain/Installation UUID information and correct a runtime prerequisite before changing provider credentials that are otherwise valid.
