Use the QCSB Status Tab
This article orients administrators to current entitlement, task, runtime, connector, and update health cards and use Status as the primary operational diagnostics surface instead of expecting separate Transfers or Activity tabs.
What you need to know
- Status separates entitlement, installation/runtime, connector readiness, task integrity, and extension-update health so a provider problem is not confused with a licensing or scheduler problem.
What Status should tell you

| Current Entitlement | Status, Base tier, Effective tier, verification, domain, preview end, last/next check. |
| Installation | Version, Joomla/PHP support, cURL/OpenSSL, ZipArchive, OneDrive callback, domain, Installation UUID. |
| Connector Readiness | Local/Joomla, Google Drive, OneDrive, SFTP, FTP readiness. |
| Task integrity | Entitlement, transfer continuation, Recovery cleanup, notification delivery. |
| Extension Update | Installed/available version, update-site state, Check for Updates/Upgrade action. |
How to do it
- Open Components → QC Storage Bridge → Status.
- Review Current Entitlement: status, Base tier, Effective tier, verification, domain, preview end if active, Last checked, and Next automatic check.
- Review Installation: product code/version, Joomla/PHP support, cURL/OpenSSL, ZipArchive, OneDrive callback readiness, domain, and Installation UUID.
- Review Connector Readiness for Local/Joomla, Google Drive, OneDrive, SFTP, and FTP.
- Review the four Scheduled Task integrity cards and the Extension Update card.
- Resolve red/attention states before production use; a green frontend page does not compensate for a broken background/security task.
