Connect, Reconnect, or Disconnect a Microsoft Account

This article shows how to manage the OAuth account associated with one OneDrive connection, reconnect after consent or credential changes, and disconnect without altering other provider connections.

How to do it

1. Edit the saved OneDrive Storage Connection.
2. Use Connect Microsoft Account for the first authorization after the connection has been saved.
3. Use the reconnect action when the account changes, authorization expires/revokes, or a replacement client secret requires a fresh consent flow.
4. Disconnect removes active QCSB authorization; it does not delete OneDrive files.
5. After reconnecting, run Test Connection and verify the exact configured root remains the boundary.
