Changing Maximum Scheduler Delay

Change Maximum Scheduler Delay from the Dashboard Service card; valid values are 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes.

Change the delay

  1. Open Components → QC Task Nudge & Health → Dashboard.
  2. In Service, open Maximum Scheduler Delay.
  3. Choose 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
  4. Leave Enable free QuantaCade Task Nudge service in the desired state.
  5. Click Save.

What Save does

QCTNH stores the value locally and sends a service-state synchronization to QuantaCade. If remote synchronization fails, the local setting is still saved and the interface warns that synchronization will retry automatically.

Verify the result

  • The Maximum Delay metric shows the newly selected value.
  • Recent Activity can record resume/pause/synchronization outcomes when service state changes.

Change one variable at a time

When adjusting Changing Maximum Scheduler Delay, make a single deliberate change, Save where required, and then read the resulting Dashboard/Recent Activity state. This avoids confusing a timing-setting change with an unrelated WebCron or task failure.
