QCTNH Dashboard Overview
The QCTNH Dashboard is the daily operations screen for service state, wake-up timing, WebCron readiness, scheduler health, and recent events.
Dashboard layout
| Area | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Connection badge | Connected only when registration, canonical origin, WebCron readiness, and current WebCron-key hash all match. |
| Scheduler Health | Healthy/Working/Attention/Due/Error plus due and active-lock counts. |
| Maximum Delay | Current 5/10/15/30/60-minute service setting. |
| Oldest Due / Next Eligible | Earliest relevant web-runnable execution time. |
| QuantaCade Contact | Last successful service contact and the frontend heartbeat time/cadence. |
| Service card | Delay selector, service enable checkbox, Test Connection, Check WebCron, Save. |
| Health card | Service, Due Tasks, Active Locks, Soft/Stale Locks, CLI-only Tasks, Execution, WebCron, Health Endpoint. |
| Recent Activity | Latest 10 local events, converted from stored UTC to the Joomla site timezone. |
Use the Dashboard in this order
Start with the connection badge and Scheduler Health, then inspect WebCron and lock counts. Use Recent Activity for context before pressing Test Connection repeatedly; a healthy connected site normally needs no manual action.
Interpreting a stable result
After using QCTNH Dashboard Overview, a stable QCTNH system should settle into a coherent set of indicators: native WebCron ready, service state matching your choice, scheduler health consistent with current locks/due work, and recent service contact when registration/check-ins succeed.
Temporary transitions are normal—for example, Working while a task lock is active or Due while queued work waits. The goal is not to force every metric to green at every instant; it is for the metrics to accurately describe Joomla’s real scheduler state.
