What QCTNH Configures Automatically During Installation
The 2.0.3 installer performs several scheduler and service-preparation steps automatically so a normal installation needs very little manual configuration.

What it does not create
Current QCTNH does not create a QCTNH Scheduled Task. The execution transport is Joomla’s existing native WebCron endpoint. Seeing no “QCTNH task” in System → Scheduled Tasks is therefore expected.

After any install, upgrade, or repair that touches scheduling, finish by opening Dashboard, running Check WebCron, and reviewing WebCron readiness, Scheduler Health, and Recent Activity. That verifies the local Joomla prerequisites before you involve the external service path.
