QCTNH could not produce a trustworthy scheduler snapshot—most notably when Joomla task-routine discovery fails or a scheduler/database query throws an error. Error is a monitoring failure, not proof that every Scheduled Task failed.

First checks

  1. Confirm System → Scheduled Tasks opens normally.
  2. Verify task plugins are not producing fatal errors while Joomla builds TaskOptions.
  3. Review PHP/Joomla logs for the underlying scheduler discovery/database exception.
  4. After correcting the Joomla issue, reload the QCTNH Dashboard.
