Opening QuantaCade Support, Account, and Downloads from QCTNH

QCTNH provides direct administrator links to QuantaCade Support, My Profile, and Downloads so you can move from diagnosis to account resources without searching the main site manually.

Location: Joomla Administrator → Components → QC Task Nudge & Health → Support.

Open the destination you need

  1. Use Support Center for a private case about an error, account-specific behavior, a suspected bug, or a feature request.
  2. Use My Profile when the issue concerns your QuantaCade account rather than QCTNH operation.
  3. Use Downloads when you need the current package available to your account or are comparing a local installer with the installed version.

These links do not control the QCTNH service

Opening an account or download link does not register, pause, resume, test, or reconfigure QCTNH. Those operational actions live on Dashboard. Update discovery/install controls live on Status and use Joomla’s extension updater.

Verify the result

  • The intended QuantaCade page opens in a new browser navigation.
  • The QCTNH administrator page remains unchanged until you perform a separate QCTNH action.

Joomla remains the update authority

Even when QCTNH exposes Opening QuantaCade Support, Account, and Downloads from QCTNH from its own Status tab, it delegates update discovery/installation to Joomla’s Installer Update model. Joomla permissions, cache, minimum stability, and extension-update records therefore still determine what can be seen and installed.

If QCTNH and Joomla’s System → Update → Extensions disagree, refresh the Joomla update data and inspect its error before assuming the QCTNH package itself is damaged.
