Configuring the Undo Production Push Window

The Undo Production Push window controls how long a temporary QCUL production checkpoint remains eligible for rollback after a push.

Location: Joomla Administrator → Components → QC Update Laboratory → Settings.

Step-by-step procedure

1. Open QC Update Laboratory → Settings.
2. Choose how long Undo Production Push remains available: 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours.
3. Use 30 minutes as the routine default.
4. Save Settings.
5. Remember that this setting matters only when you later choose a temporary QCUL rollback checkpoint before a production push.

Available values

The timer matters only when the temporary QCUL production checkpoint option was chosen before the push. Selecting an existing recovery method never creates a QCUL rollback window.

Practical administration note

For Configuring the Undo Production Push Window, make changes from the live Joomla administrator and verify the result in the same QCUL tab before starting laboratory work. QCUL’s streamlined 1.01.14 interface intentionally hides developer storage paths, raw batch controls, licensing fields, and retired management screens; do not look for those older controls as part of the current procedure.
