Understanding the Five Administrator Tabs
QCUL 1.01.14 intentionally keeps administration to five tabs: About, Support, Status, Settings, and Laboratory.
Current administrator contract

| Status | Installed QCUL version and QCUL package update availability. |
| Settings | Default laboratory duration, lab creation speed, and Undo Production Push window. |
| Laboratory | Create, access, refresh, remove, test, report, push, validate, and undo from one operational workspace. |
Removed or hidden concepts
Older internal designs included standalone History, Production Replay, Test Profiles, Email Templates, Access Gate Design/Text, and approval-validity surfaces. Their schema or service remnants can still exist for upgrade compatibility, but they are not separate current administrator workflows and should not be restored by documentation.
Why the streamlined layout matters
The current interface keeps the administrator’s update decision in one place: the tested update stays beside its evidence, production protection, push status, report, live review, and rollback controls.
Practical administration note
For Understanding the Five Administrator Tabs, make changes from the live Joomla administrator and verify the result in the same QCUL tab before starting laboratory work. QCUL’s streamlined 1.01.14 interface intentionally hides developer storage paths, raw batch controls, licensing fields, and retired management screens; do not look for those older controls as part of the current procedure.
