Using Review Production Site

Review Live Site opens production after a completed push so you can validate the real environment, integrations, routes, and user experience that a private laboratory cannot fully reproduce.

Step-by-step procedure

  1. From the completed production update row, select Review Live Site.
  2. Use the live site—not the laboratory—to check the workflows most likely to be affected.
  3. Return to QCUL after review and read the recorded production validation state.
  4. If the push completed with a warning, treat “Installed — review recommended” as a prompt for deeper inspection rather than a success guarantee.

Use the production result label

A state such as Installed — review recommended means the target was installed but QCUL wants human attention to validation evidence. Treat the label as operational guidance, not just a cosmetic status.

Production change rule

For Using Review Production Site, the live site should change only through the explicit tested-item production workflow after current readiness checks pass. Do not substitute a new package, skip the review/protection decision, or run a second production action while QCUL already owns an active push/rollback state.
