Procedure

  1. End the current impersonation from its frontend banner.
  2. Verify that tab is guest.
  3. Return to the original administrator tab.
  4. Start a new handoff for the next exact username.
  5. Keep each impersonated user in a deliberate, clearly identified support session instead of stacking identities in one frontend tab.

Why this is clearer

Ending first guarantees the current tab no longer carries the previous target’s QCUI flags/identity. Starting the next user from the administrator produces a new one-time token and a fresh, visibly identified support session.
